Recipe For :    APRICOT CHICKEN

 

Ingredients:

1 Chicken cut into eighths

Paprika

Garlic powder

Apricot Jam

​

Directions:

Spray the bottom of a 9 x 13 

pan with nonstick spray and 

lay the chicken pieces in the 

pan. Sprinkle the chicken with 

garlic powder and paprika. 

Spread the jam over the top 

of the chicken pieces. Bake 

at 350 for one hour to an hour 

and fifteen minutes. Enjoy!

Recipe For :    Honey Mustard Chicken

 

Ingredients:

    4 Boneless Chicken Breasts

    ½ Cup Honey

    ½ Cup Dijon Mustard

    1 teaspoon Tarragon

    1 teaspoon Thyme

    1/2 teaspoon Curry

    1/2 teaspoon Cumin

 

Directions:

    Spray the bottom of your pan with cooking spray so the chicken will not stick. (Easier to clean after!) Sprinkle the spices over the chicken breasts. Mix the honey and mustard together and pour over the chicken. Bake 350 for 45 minutes.
