Recipe For : Baked Salami

Apricot Preserves


Bake the salami in a 400 degree oven. Put the salami in a tin with a little bit of water in the bottom. This will make sure the salami does not burn. Bake approximately ½ hour to 45 minutes uncovered in the center of the oven. The salami is done when it is slightly brown. Take the salami out of the oven and slice it all the way through. Pour the apricot preserves over the top and put back in the oven for 5 minutes to coat the salami. Cut salami into bite size pieces and place on a platter. Pour the rest of the apricot preserves over the salami and enjoy.
