Oven Roasted Tomatoes


Assortment of Colorful and different shaped Tomatoes

4 containers in total

Olive Oil 

1 Red Onion

1 Vidalia onion

2 Shallots

6-8 Cloves of Garlic, peeled 


Line a sheet pan with parchment paper

Chop the onions into small wedges

Dice the Shallots

Place tomatoes, onions, shallots, and garlic on the tray

Drizzle generously with olive oil and toss a little to coat the vegetables.

Roast in the oven for 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
